: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Employment is conditioned on DMG MORI's ability to obtain and maintain any necessary export licensing.
Essential Job Functions:
This position will provide administrative support to the Sales Department. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Responsibilities include up to and not limited to:
- Provide machine quotations to the sales team through CRM/OMS systems
- Work closely with Area Sales Managers
- Process incoming machine orders from direct customers
- Working as a team with other pre-sales staff in one inbox
- Participate in Weekly Sales Meetings in order to understand the importance of ongoing projects
- Communicate and follow up via phone or e-mail with sales staff, factories and General Managers
- File all documentation on the internal drive and keep its organization
- Participate in Order Review Meetings
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
- 5+ years related experience
- Previous experience in machine tool industry preferred
- Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment :
General office environment will be experienced. There will be periodic exposure to manufacturing environments which may present possible hazards such as noise, electricity, chemicals, heavy equipment, and other automated and manual machinery.
Physical Demands:
Frequent: Sitting at desk, utilizing computers and phones. Repetitive hand, wrist, arm, and shoulder movements.
Periodic: Standing, walking, bending, and stooping.
Occasional: Business travel. Lifting, pushing, and pulling objects.
