Positions in dietary perform routine functions in the dietary department including food preparation, food service, cleaning and other duties assigned under the direction of the Dietary Supervisor and a Registered Dietitian. The position is responsible to the Director of Operations. A high school diploma or equivalent and food handling experience is preferred. Food handler or ServSafe certification must be obtained within 90-days of hire for Cooks and Prep Cooks.
