YOU WILL:

• Wash dishes, pots, etc. using dishwashers or by hand.
• Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and prep kitchen work stations.
• Stock cleaning supplies and dishes in their respective areas. • Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pick up areas.
• Support team members and managers with daily cleaning tasks.
• Gain exposure to different stations within the Naked Farmer kitchen including but not limited to cold mix, grill, roast, market line, and prep.
• Work to support the team during peak and off peak service, by pitching in wherever and whenever necessary.
• Multi-task and move in the kitchen for extended periods of time. These physical requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Help to maintain food safety standards.

YOU HAVE:

• A passion for real, good food and a desire to learn culinary practices and skills.
• The ability to demonstrate and execute a strong work ethic.
• The ability to perform physical requirements of the position (frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds).
• A team-oriented focus. You have a deep appreciation for the people you work with and help to support the restaurant’s success.
• Excellent communication skills with managers and team members.
• An eye for detail and solving challenges.
• A desire for growth in our restaurants.

Naked Farmer is a farm-to-table restaurant serving seasonal vegetables in Tampa & Miami, Florida. We are a multi-unit restaurant group looking built on a culture of driven curiosity and ambitious innovation, finding and implementing new solutions to offering a simple, healthy, affordable meal. Our mission is to build a better food system by connecting farmers to community.

We’re entering a period of expansion, as we open in new cities and use the platform we’ve built for more transparency around sourcing, cooking, and really investing in a food supply system that works better for farmers, communities and chefs. We presently operate 3 restaurants in Tampa and are about to expand into our second market, Miami, where we are working on opening 6-8 units in the next 12 months.
