Who We Are
SynqVoice provides an end-to-end Conversational AI service for taking restaurant orders through high-volume voice channels. Our proprietary natural language processing (NLP) stack and conversation-management-platform handles the real-world conditions and conversations for customers placing restaurant orders through existing voice channels, such as phone or drive-through.
Our service supports thousands of locations for many of the largest restaurant chains in the country and handles millions of voice interactions at thousands of restaurants each year. To support our rapid growth, we are expanding our team to drive real time refinements in our automated ordering platform.
What You Will Be Doing
The Analyst evaluates the performance of our service, designs and implements methods for enhancing the efficiency of our automation platform, surfaces insights to guide development priorities, and collaborates with our machine learning and software development teams to better the service. The Analyst assists in developing, customizing, and deploying our service for new clients. Prior experience with robotic-process-automation is a plus, but be ready to learn our proprietary methods for conversational automation.
- Drive continuous improvement of the performance of The Service
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify opportunities to refine The Service's performance
- Identify features and bugs, working hand-in-hand with the development team to determine optimal solutions
- Compile, organize, and analyze performance reporting for both internal and external stakeholders
- Deploy The Service to new clients
- Gather, organize, and deploy training for new client engagements
- Identify performance deficiencies and define development work
- Identify and execute methods for onboarding clients rapidly and efficiently
- Conduct UAT & QA of new service capabilities

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a deep understanding of language paired with a love of critical thinking
- Ability to follow complex logic statement scenarios
Your Expertise
- Experience automating business processes
- Experience with Excel, dashboard tools (Tableau, Power BI, Grafana), SQL, Datadog, and workflow management systems
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, and NLP is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or STEM is preferred
