Role & Responsibilities
As Product Marketing Director, you will partner with the Product, Marketing & Communications, Revenue, and Engineering teams to craft messaging and GTM plans to bring new products and enhancements to market. You will use your knowledge of the product area and key buyer persona(s) to help define, prioritize, launch, and grow capabilities that differentiate and share value for Noogata for customers, prospects, and influencers.
- Drive product launch and develop go-to-market plans for the Noogata platform and solutions
- Create audience-centric messaging, positioning, and value propositions for a product area that highlights unique strengths
- Partner with product and engineering leadership to identify and define market opportunities for the product area and contribute to business cases for expanding market presence or entering new markets
- Lead product launches from ideation and planning to launch to post-launch growth
- Develop the sales tools (PPTs, feature briefs, case studies, white papers, product brochures) to support the sales process of the company's solutions and drive clarity and consistency of message
- Develop thought-leadership materials designed to accelerate our business momentum and better engage customers
- Present our products and solutions in formal and informal settings
- Evangelize our platform and solutions to our customers through events, webinars, and other external communications channels
Requirements
- 8-10 years of product marketing/product management experience for an enterprise SaaS company with a focus on data
- Solid experience leading outbound product initiatives; passionate about enterprise customers with complex requirements.
- Excellent knowledge of data, AI, and ML
- Creative energy, building new playbooks and bringing out-of-the-box thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including extensive public speaking experience.
- Comfort working in a very cross-functional role with a highly distributed team
- BA/BS required
