About the role:

As a Product Operations Associate you will be instrumental in helping make Braintrust the place to give and get career help. You will prompt and match the right questions, source, recruit, vet, edit and connect the right professionals into Braintrust to grow our professional and content ecosystem. As Braintrust evolves into the place to own your career you will grow to support the community and product growth of the platform. A successful candidate in this role will be a partner to the product team and be able to quickly and efficiently source high quality professionals from around the world to provide effective career help to the Braintrust network. You are comfortable with editorial content and having effective conversations in sourcing top of the line professionals.

You thrive in ambiguity and are ready to get in on the ground floor. You are curious, collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive. You have full professional proficiency (written and verbal) in English. You aspire to grow into a community, content, or product role.

Your Responsibilities

• Proactively identify content needs and opportunities and define and execute the strategy
• Source active and passive professionals that can be a great addition to the Braintrust network in giving and getting career help
• Partner with product to define the next set of functionality as we evolve our strategy
• Write, edit and moderate content to deliver clarity, creativity and accuracy
