Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assembling flag kits according to product descriptions and/or customer orders.
• Able to pay close attention to detail;
• Must be able to identify that all items are available to put complete kits together;
• Must be able to visually and physically inspect kits for proper items;
• Must have good hand and eye coordination
• Must be able to document daily production for reporting purposes.
• Must be organized and able to keep work areas clean;

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

• Trainable and interested in performing assigned tasks

• Ability to effectively communicate with other employees as to status of production;
• Ability to understand the components necessary for the kits being produced

Physical Requirements:

• Need to have sound hand-eye coordination and be able to cope with moderate physical effort;
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (scheduled breaks are provided);
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance;'
