In the role of Production Control Engineer II, you are responsible for day-to-day interfacing between the Program and the Manufacturing production sites. You'll have the opportunity to: ensure on-time delivery of wire bundles by accurately planning demand, integrate reliable production floor plans, monitor the action performance, and support the resolution of manufacturing/engineering roadblocks. This position contributes to our vision by:
- Maintaining updated manufacturing production schedules for the organization
- Applying Industrial Engineering concepts, techniques, analyses and decision tools under general supervision to promote and assist in implementing changes in manufacturing, engineering, and service operations
- Planning design and production requirements across value stream
- Integrating input from different customers; ensuring precise demand planning for production sites
- Resolving issues impacting on-time bundle deliveries (e.g., shortages, squawks, tags, internal and external purchase orders, and production delays)
- Ensuring customer demand and production schedules plans needs are in line with master program schedule

Job Requirements
Safran Electrical & Power looks for service-oriented team players with strong interpersonal skills, the right attitude and adaptability to an innovative and evolving environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field discipline;
- 3+ years of Manufacturing and/or Engineering experience (preferred);
- 3+ years of Supply Chain experience (preferred);
- 3+ years of Production Planning experience (preferred);
- Ability to communicate effectively within team environment and with customer;
- Understanding of manufacturing processes;
- Ability to understand production systems and identify system constraints;
