Job Description
Operator may perform in a multi functional capacity including the manufacturing, machining, assembly and in-process inspection of various components to meet customer specifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain shop safety/personal safety
- Produces and assures quality of parts (utilizing necessary measuring gages and equipment) and machine parts on all machines.
- May perform a variety of primary functions such as: operating and maintaining conventional machining equipment, assembling components and performing basic tests in accordance with latest revision of a test code or moving material from one work station to another within department.
- Verifies and tests conformance of finished work piece to specifications.
- Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work area.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous manufacturing experience in assembly or machining
- Entry level position
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and safety rules
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $17.76 - $19.27 per hour
