Ridley Block Operations, an Alltech® company, manufactures and markets block supplements, loose minerals, and dried molasses. Products are sold under highly recognized and proprietary brand names, including: CRYSTALYX®, SWEETLIX®, ULTRALYX® and STOCKADE®. We also offer several controlled and privately labeled products. We are currently seeking experienced Production Supervisor candidates for our Fort Worth, TX facility. This position reports to the Plant Manager and will oversee the daily operations of the plant to achieve the desired production results, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Serve as a safety champion for the facility to ensure that World Class Safety standards are met

· Utilize AX to improve efficiencies though out the plant and office functions

· Manage production scheduling for the facility

· Actively participate in reporting, investigating, and resolving customer complaints and non-conformances and update QA database

· Work with government agencies and quality assurance departments as needed in support of audit activities, permits, and other regulatory needs

· Strive for plant improvements and increased efficiencies

· Maintain plant facilities in good working order and ensure housekeeping of facility is completed as outlined

· Review and approved timecards, including the motoring of overtime

Qualifications:

· Three to five years’ experience supervising in a manufacturing environment

· Associates degree

· Solid computer skills

· PCQI trained

· Feed mill experience preferred
