Description:

Oregon Corrections Enterprises (OCE), has a full time opening for a Laundry Production Supervisor working at the Two Rivers Correctional Institution (TRCI) in Umatilla, Oregon. Under the direction of the General Manager and Production Manager this full-time position works independently of direct supervision to meet production and on-time customer goals. Supervise, train, & oversee AICs (Adults in Custody) assigned to the OCE Laundry, ensure laundry quality control/assurance standards are met for customer satisfaction. Maintain and track all preventive maintenance on equipment, participate in weekly production meetings with staff to discuss updated schedule of work in progress, and maintain open communication between customers, OCE staff, DOC and AICs. Desired Knowledge and Skills:

• Production/quality control experience
• Inventory experience
• Ability to coach, correct, provide feedback on behavior and performance based on oral and written feedback to AICs
• Security, law enforcement and/or correctional experience
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Customer Service experience
• Preventative machine maintenance
• Experience in laundry production
• Experience with supervision
• Ability to multi-task, strong time management/interpersonal skills
• Equipment maintenance and repair or mechanical technician skills preferred
• Environmental Services Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,129.00 - $6,389.00 per month
