Job Description/Duties include:
  • Tech7 is seeking a dynamic candidate to fill out Program Control Analyst position. This position provides financial support and coordination on a variety of contracts/programs, supports the Project and Corporate staff with the financial analysis and reporting requirements.
    • Provide Program/Project Control support as part of the corporate finance team for various contracts.
    • Monitor contract funding status and initiate changes, corrections, and modifications.
    • Review, initiate & manage proper system project setup and maintenance (includes project numbers, billing, revenue, ceilings, labor categories, workforce, etc.).
    • Ensure accuracy of appropriate project cost coding and invoicing.
    • Process required project reports, monitor project costs, identify and resolve issues.
    • Interface with Contracts, Accounting, and HR to ensure data conformance across departments.
    • Communicate project status and findings to Project and Corporate Management.
    • Develop and prepare financial data to support Weekly & Monthly Status Reports and Program Reviews.
    • Support ad hoc requests by internal management and external customers


Minimum Requirements (Education, Experience, Certifications, etc.):
  • Bachelor’s degree in business/accounting and finance or in a related area with 5-8 years or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in Deltek Costpoint required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Candidates must possess a background working with multiple government contract types: FFP, T&M, CPAF, CPFF, and hybrid contracts.
  • DoD experience preferred, but not required
  • Be eligible for Government Security Clearance
