Program Coordinator- Evening Adult EducationREPORTS TO: Director of Career & Technical EducationJob Summary: The Evening Adult Education Coordinator oversees thedevelopment, administration and delivery of noncredit continuingeducation courses and certificate programs within WHS. Thecoordinator directs the operational, financial and planningactivities for adult education services.Job Responsibilities: ? Manages and supervises all activities associated with the Evening Adult Education Program.? CTI grant management responsibilities Entering invoices into Apricot Tracking student progress Organizing and building curriculum binders with teachers?Conducts an annual review and revision of all programmatic adult education, program offerings and recommends modifications, additions and deletions.? Assumes timely and accurate communication regarding all program meetings.? Assures the annual review, revision and filing of curriculum documents in all continuing education programs.? Prepares continuing budgets according to the prescribed procedure and timeline.?
Develops and prepares for approval all continuing education communications and brochures.? Assures the accurate distribution of all completion certificates and/or diplomas.? Represents WHS to continually improve the continuing education programs and to coordinate offerings with other educational institutions and community organizations.? Assures the maintenance of all continuing education teaching environments.?
Performs all assigned safety duties.? Ensures adherence to all school policies and procedures.? Performs any other duties assigned by the Director of Career & Technical EducationQualifications: -Minimum of a Associates Degree from an accredited college oruniversity.-Minimum of five years experience in Business and/orEducation.Reports to: Director of Career & Technical EducationCTI grant funded position
