Location : Part-Time - Remote USA
Job Description:
You will be the central point of contact for Field Operations. Your job duties include:
- Program Management Support utilizing Jira and Confluence
- Set up Jira projects from Sales and Evaluation Orders
- Set up Confluence pages for on-premise and hosted customers
- Track milestone and project completions to inform accounting
- Schedule internal kick-off calls for new orders
- Register and track online customer training participants
- Reach out to customers to get service and training performance feedback
- Create quarterly service and training performance reports
- Create quarterly hours reports for the finance department
- Manage Document storage (Acceptance Tests, Config. Sheet, Site Profile, etc.)
- Coordinate Rovi / Gracenote account registration
- App Branding
- Validate new branded apps on devices
- Post New branded app releases in the AndroidTV, mobile, AppleTV, and Roku internal release pages in Confluence.
- Maintain customer contact information for branding updates
- Support Administration
- Approve customer support account registrations
- Post new software releases, service packs, and hot patches in the Support portal
- Manage outbound notifications to customers for Support
- Interdepartmental Operations
- Assist with RFP responses as needed
- Assist with trade show logistics for the marketing team
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel
- Strong organization skills - Ability to track multiple assignments simultaneously
- Professional demeanor – The position requires heavy customer and interdepartmental interaction
- Assertive without being aggressive
Preferred Experience:
- Jira or equivalent project management tracking system experience
- Confluence page management
- 2 - 5 years of work experience in the field is required
Education:
- Associate degree
