We are looking for Program Managers to help us strategize, design, implement, and execute processes that support Middle Mile onboarding. This Program Manager will build scalable and forward looking solutions that foster continued growth while providing the best experience possible for our customers, both internal and external.
The ideal person will be organized, work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, possess great communication skills, and have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice. They think creatively to solve complex business challenges and are willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done.
**This position can sit in Nashville, Atlanta, or Bellevue**
Key job responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and review all project/program documentation
- Build and manage internal SOPs and playbooks
- Updating candidate records and supporting candidate tasks
- Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Assist in the coordination of onboarding activities as needed
- Engage with internal and external business teams and stakeholders like Business Coaches and Network Health to identify opportunities to improve performance and service.
- MBA or advanced degree
- Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Recruiting experience
- General manager/owner mentality and an entrepreneurial drive
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
