Program Manager
The Bridge, Inc. - Alabama only
We are looking for a qualified program manager that would enjoy a career making a positive impact on young people's lives in our Davis Transitions program in Montgomery County.
The Program Manager will plan, organize, and monitor the activities involved in the operational day-to-day activities of the program, perform assessments, provide clinical and case management services in a variety of settings. and maintain cooperative relationships with the juvenile probation department and treatment community.

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a clinical area (i.e., psychology, social work, counseling, marriage, and family) OR other behavioral health areas with requisite coursework equivalent to that of a degree in above
- Must have a practicum/internship from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Dept. of Education OR have six (6) months post master’s clinical experience
- Must have current driver's license and acceptable driving record with proof of personal vehicle insurance
- Have access to personal transportation to meet with client caseload regularly at home, school, and/or job locations
- Secure CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of the date of hire and maintain
- Ability to organize, direct, and coordinate the administrative activites of the program
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office software and proficient keyboarding skills
- Ability to express ideas and directives clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Job Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
Clinical
- Provide clinical and case management services in individual, group, and family counseling modes
- Perform thorough psycho-social assessments
- Willing to work with families and clients during non-traditional hours in a variety of settings to include offices, schools, client homes, or other approved community settings.
- Consult with other staff regarding appropriate mode of treatment and interventions with clients.
- Maintain cooperative relationships with the treatment community, juvenile probation department, and other necessary and authorized agencies.
- Supervise and assist in the provision of treatment services
- Complete all required client file documentation in the electronic health record within deadlines.
- Assist with general clerical duties
Administrative
- Daily management of program activities and components with Program staff to ensure the quality of treatment.
- Ensure compliance of Program with applicable standards, mandates, and licensing requirements, including administrative and clinical standards
- Assist in training of staff members
- Conduct routine, random, and close-out client file audits and reviews
- Ensure program data and statistics are kept up to date and quarterly and annual reports are generated.
- Report audit and review results to supervisor.
- Maintain proper receipt and accounting of equipment, furnishing, and fixtures used in the operation of the Program.
Supervisory Authority
- Supervises regular employees and assigns/schedules work activities
- Trains employees
- Conducts employee performance appraisals
- Hires and terminates employees

Pay: $39,650.00 - $44,150.00 per year
