Reports To: Project Engineer

Position Description:

  • Controls documents for the project from start to finish.
  • Ensure all project staff have the most current documents (drawings, specifications, etc.) issued by the Architect.
  • Maintain electronic files, ensuring that the information is up to date for Owner/jobsite meetings and general reference.
  • Maintain a historical set of the documents.
  • May perform other duties as assigned


    Qualifications:
    Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to create routine reports and correspondence. Demonstrated self-motivation, maturity, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing. Should have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
