We are looking for a skilled, resourceful, and collaborative individual to join our Industrial Client Service Area team in Westford, MA to support the successful execution of projects. The Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers and Principals to support project execution, focusing on positive client outcomes by assisting with preparation of proposals, tracking project financials, and providing non-technical quality review for deliverables. We are looking for an individual with a strong commitment to client service who can adapt and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Essential Functions-What You Will Do

• Assist with the preparation of proposals.
• Assist with client communications concerning emerging issues, deliverables, budgets, and other related tasks as needed.
• Track client deliverables.
• Provide non-technical quality review for client deliverables.
• Participate in key client meetings/interactions to learn about our clients to assist enhancement of project delivery.
• Support business development activities including tracking, coordination, and logistics.
• Provide project administrative support.

Competencies-What We Are Looking For

• Minimum one year of relevant experience in a professional office setting, preferably with an engineering or architecture consulting firm.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, and Adobe Acrobat and aptitude to learn new software and functions. Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills combined with the flexibility to work with shifting priorities.
• Client-service orientation with the ability to anticipate needs and meet expectations.
• Possess initiative and curiosity to figure things out, while asking for help when needed.
• Work well as a team member, with a collaborative communication style.
• BA or BS degree in English, Marketing, Accounting, Business Administration, or technical field with minor in Business Administration or similar field.
