Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be currently living, or looking to stay in the Denver, CO area and must be efficient in Civil 3D AutoCAD with demonstrated experience working on land development projects. This individual must have the ability to work with little supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

- Understand engineering concepts used in land development.
- Create engineering drawings, pipe networks, and corridors.
- Grading experience on subdivision, commercial and retail sites.
- Create drainage studies for projects, perform hydrology and hydraulic calculations.
- Erosion control design and write stormwater management plan.
- Perform roadway design.
- Water and sanitary sewer layout.
- Proficient in using water cad, storm cad, and UD Sewer.

Job Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or relevant technical degree with 3-5 years preferred
but not required
- Civil 3D experience required.

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work with others and good communication skills.
- Ability to talk to clients or government agencies.
- Ability to read Construction Plans.

salary range of 75,000 - $85,000 DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
