Job description

The Project Management Coordinator works alongside the Project Manager(s) to plan and execute projects for the company.
Responsibilities

• Communicate with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables.

• Assist in the planning and implementation of assigned projects.

• Assist the project managers in assigning tasks to the people taking part in the project.

• Track and report on project tasks, deliverables, and progress.

• Access databases and gather data, organize and manage files, and analyze data as required.

• Address any concerns to avoid misinterpretation and disruption during the execution of the project.

• Perform administrative duties, such as coordinating and preparing for meetings, drafting documents and presentation slides.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient manner enabling project managers to reach business objectives.

• Adhere to Sandy Alexander quality and environmental policies, procedures, goals, and objectives and comply with all safety and work rules when performing duties.

• Complete and maintain all required checklists, paperwork, records, documents, etc. and maintain departmental housekeeping standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
