WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • The Distributed Workforce Offense team is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to drive DWO projects that stand up new DWO locations.
  • This role requires collaboration, engagement and alignment across all global functions and geos throughout Client
  • Given the complexity of the work, and broad implications that impact all areas of Client’s business, coordinated communication amongst key stakeholders at all levels of the organization is critical.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • As a Project Manager within the DWO organization you will be a key member of a growing and passionate team focused on collaborating across business and technology resources to drive forward key programs and projects maturing DWO capabilities across Client.
  • For the Activation, Execution, and Operations Work streams you will organize, and drive essential projects and tasks.
  • During Location Activation you will be responsible for Legal Entity setup, hiring preparations (FTE /ETW Hiring), building partnerships with Distributed Ways of Working (DWoW), and establishing Enabling Function & Operational System and Process Set Up.
  • Driving alignment with Office Space and Technology Infrastructure and Services Build-Out, Office Space Go-live, Purchase Order (PO) Setup and Approval, Transition Management partnerships is essential.
  • As sites are brought to life the engagement aspect of this role is focused on Ongoing Operations and Support, collaboration with Location-based Teams on gaps/opportunities, and establishing consistent processes and reporting.

In these work streams you will be responsible:

  • Project Kickoffs and approvals
  • Project Planning – Issue & Risk Management
  • Stakeholder management/engagement
  • Communications and Reporting at all levels
  • Project Closure and handoff

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree
  • PMP Certification or training a plus
  • Exceptional verbal, written and communication skills
  • Minimum 10 years total experience with program/project management
  • Proven expertise in project management methodologies, tools and techniques
  • Has played a lead role on multiple projects, successfully delivering critical components of projects or programs
  • Proven ability to drive strategic program roadmaps, inclusive of transition management
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, provide stakeholder updates, and to connect with teams around the globe
  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Strong initiative and independence, needing limited oversight and direction during critical decision points or issues in the project/program
  • Superior interpersonal skills
  • Solution-oriented
  • Sensitivity and flexibility when working with other cultures

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $72.00 - $74.00 per hour
