Major Investment Bank has an immediate need for a Project Manager for a client conversation project:

Duration: Through 12/31/2022. Goal is to extend to 12/31/2023
Current hybrid in-office model; minimum 3 days in office. Candidate welcome in office full time
Own computer required when working from home; firm will not provide a laptop for this role

- Project management professional
- Experience with Sweep Accounts and Credit Sweeps
- Familiarity with Jira or Confluence
Job Description:
Day to Day Tasks/Workflow:
Coordination of Client conversion and related testing for all Sweep and Free Credit products.
1. Assist with project managing the Sweep Conversions Waves and Free Credits conversion
2. Facilitate testing needed for each of the waves as well launching interest bearing free credit
3. Assist with co-ordination with Legal, Risk, Compliance for GPC approval for free credit
4. Create reporting for conversions by various business (retirement, advisory, international)
5. Support with documentation required for each of milestones
6. Initiate paperwork and project management for future bank merger
Skill Set:
Bachelor degree
Strong problem solving skills
Project Management Skills
Quantitatively inclined
High attention to detail
MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle pressure, prioritize and multi-tasking during the course of a business day
