Description

We are looking for an Integration Manager to join our Contracts team. In this role, you will lead integration activities for our Contracts team whose primary function is translating hospital reimbursement contracts into Cloudmed’s proprietary modeling software. This role includes leading integration activities, process/workflow design, and creating and refining staffing models among other tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to project management, operations, revenue cycle, key internal stakeholders, and work closely with management to help innovate, grow, and scale the business.

Responsibilities

• Workflow re-design and refinement across AI and KBox teams
  • Parsing work tasks and responsibilities into team groups
  • Designing workflow, communication, and documentation between groups
  • Identifying pinch points and aligning workgroups for scale
  • Iterate and refine process
• Creating and refining technical approach for data entry
• Creating and refining hiring/staffing models, including staff placement to align with workflow resources by team
• Creating and refining training materials
• Collaborate and form key internal relationships to align efforts across working groups
• Invite input from operational stakeholders
• Promote a culture of teamwork that balances individual initiatives with team accomplishments, develop a team environment in which members participate, cooperate with and support each other
• Provide data and solutions for integration needs
• Quality Assurance of integration work produced by the team
• Follow Cloudmed’s privacy, security, and compliance policies, including adherence to HIPAA Guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Hospital Revenue Cycle or Managed Care (experience with blended shore workflows a plus)
• Self-starter with a team-first and can-do attitude
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent time management, organizational, and professional skills
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative thinker excited about innovation
• Exceptional internal and external client service skills
