We are looking for a Project Manager to work in Scott AFB, IL supporting our client.


Clearance: Secret


Salary: $92,000



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience and a minimum of 7 years of experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Expertise in Continual Process Improvement
  • Must have at least an active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • PMP
  • Agile Methodology
  • ITIL
  • Masters degree with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience


Job Duties:


  • Directly report to Program Manger on all project and personnel concerns
  • Fill in for Program Manager as needed
  • Provide input on budget and resource assets.
  • Assist in hiring processes for multiple labor categories as requested
  • Manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects to support program operations
  • Work independently, engage with required stakeholders, and execute plans to achieve operation efficiencies within the program
  • Work closely with technical resources to develop an approach, schedule, risks, and staffing requirements to successfully implement the objectives
  • Manage Operations and Maintenance support personnel against project workload in coordination with Engineering partners to ensure efficient planning and execution of transition and integration tasking
  • Oversees the team and provide collaboration across cyber-Systems Infrastructure, Network Security, Tiers 1-3, and A&A teams to support customer requirements
  • Oversees the Development, maintenance, and upkeep of technical documentation such as enterprise architecture, application/system design, and network architecture and design
  • Responsible for leading Working groups
  • Support development of Engineering and Systems design documentation
  • Provide content and guidance for training products
  • Generate in-depth contributions training curriculum
  • Supports systems development, technical planning, development, integration, and verification and validation
