Project Implementation Specialist-Northern New Jersey (Hasbrouck Heights area)
HHA Exchange System Implementation

Position Description: The Project Implementation Specialist works within an implementation team to assure that the system, environment and end users are prepared for the successful implementation of the HHA Exchange Home Care System across all Simplura Health Group locations.

Position Objective: Assure people, system and environments are prepared for successful implementation of the clinical information system before, during and after go live at each branch. It requires the Project Implementation Specialist to provide hands on assistance to branch implementation including: discovery and planning, workflow validation, data migration, training and mentoring, support of best practice in using the system and identifying and communicating issues to Project Business Process Manager.

Essential Functions:

• Provide support during branch rollout of the HHA Exchange System across the organization
• Ambassador of the system and works to create and maintain positive attitude with management and end users
• Understands and supports roll out approach for the system implementation
• Works with the implementation team to assure a smooth system rollout at each branch
• Assists with successful completion of tasks on rollout timeline
• Understands and communicates the new and/or changed electronic workflow
• Participates in training, parallel and go live activities at each branch

Skill Set

• Strong desire to work within a team and with branch personnel to implement AMHC system/processes and perform the above tasks.
• Excellent computer knowledge—has worked with HHA Exchange or other home care systems
• Proficient with system implementation tasks including testing, training end users and providing go live support
• Innovator—can see how the computer system can help solve problems, improve processes.
• Strong communicator, patient, good people skills.
• Logical, critical thinker

Requirements

• Able to travel to branch locations; expect 50% travel from date of hire to April, 2022, may then be reduced to 10% travel (2-3 days per month)
• Experience with home care systems implementation
• 2 years of home care experience
• Strong work ethic
