Specialized Therapy Associates, LLC is a for-profit private practice with four locations and rapidly expanding. We are seeking New Jersey and New York licensed practitioners to join our team. Our salaries and paid time off are highly competitive and contingent upon your work experience and specialty skills. We would encourage applicants with child therapy experience and/or eating disorder experience to apply as well and indicate such on your application.

We have four locations from which to choose if you decide to be hybrid. If you choose to work full time remote than you are free to choose your schedule but must have a NJ or NY license to practice.

The positions require that you have the following experience: a minimum of 3 years of experience providing outpatient psychotherapy and are licensed to practice in NJ or NY.

There are several positions available for staff therapist, Program Director, Clinical Support Coordinator or Assistant Director. Salary is contingent upon the position for which you apply. The Assistant Director role, which pays at the upper range of the salary, does require a combination of providing therapy as well as leadership to a small staff of experienced clinicians. Depending on your role and skills sets that our offer to the practice you may qualify for a sign on bonus.

You will be able to work in a hybrid experience with limited in office days or you may choose to work fully remote. We do require that some evenings are provided to accommodate the popular requests for private practice patients for after school and after work hours.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
