Job Summary

Pittsburgh, PA | Point Breeze

• Start Date: late August 2023

• Hours: Part-Time, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday OR Guaranteed 30 Hours over 3 Days/Week

• Hourly Rate: $26-$30

• Two Kids: Both boys, 1 and 3 Years Old

• Pets: One Dog

• Flu Shot and COVID Vaccine Required

• Allergies: The 3 YO is allergic to eggs, and both boys are sensitive to milk.

• Paid Vacation: One week of family's choice, one week of nanny's choice, PTO based on number of hours worked weekly, all holidays that fall on a workday.

Responsibilities and Duties

• WHO/WHAT: The most adorable brothers and their parents are seeking a long-term loving nanny for years to come in the beautiful neighborhood of Point Breeze. Accompanied by their faithful 9-year-old Boxer, this tiny duo functions best on a gently scheduled routine. Their new nanny would guide them with fun activities such as age-appropriate crafts and play, new books, and outside time. After some wonderful fun together, both brothers take naps around 1 pm, allowing for the nanny to jump in and help out with household tasks. This includes toy pickup, the kid’s laundry, light meal prep, sweeping/vacuuming, and pet care. The main priority for the nanny will be keeping these boys safe and cared for! Mom will be returning to work as a part-time nurse, and Dad keeps office hours at home for now but will return to office days a few times a week. Easy-going and likable, these parents are specifically looking for a nurturing nanny who enjoys outdoor time, as that’s what their kids love to do! Year-round stroller walks, playing in the yard with all the toy vehicles, and going to the park are family faves.

The Ideal Nanny Would Be...Energetic, helpful, and reliable, you’re a bubbly good-natured nanny who loves the idea of toddler play-time and cozy snuggles with little brother! You can provide safety and security at home and outside, seeking out adventures for cognitive and social stimulation for these precious brothers. You’ll ease right into this family’s schedule and rhythm, teaming up with these wonderful parents to continue their homelife as their work. You’ll keep the boys on their nap schedule, provide yummy and healthy snacks and food, assist in light housekeeping, and encourage age-appropriate opportunities to grow. Requirements and Benefits
