We are currently looking for a talented, organized and detail oriented individual to join our CareerLink team as a Quality Assurance Coordinator. The CareerLink provides comprehensive services for both jobseekers and employers – providing skills and assistance to those seeking work while matching qualified candidates to the area’s occupational workforce.
As the Quality Assurance Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring the compliant, accurate and timely entry of required program data. You will provide technical assistance to team members, and will enforce and uphold our compliance and integrity standards.
Day-to-Day:
- Run reports, analyze data for program trends, and make continuous improvement suggestions to enhance performance outcomes
- Review client files for accuracy and compliance, review for time and attendance compliance and all other required documentation.
- Perform name by name reconciliation between all systems to ensure accurate and consistent information; review WIA participant files and case notes for compliance with requirements of the “Adult and Dislocated Worker Participant File Review Tool”
- Identify any repetitive deficiencies and provide the training and technical assistance or recommendations to improve compliance.
- Communicate professionally with funders, monitors and auditors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years relevant experience preferred; appropriate experience or special training may be substituted in lieu of Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in MS Office applications (especially MS Word, Excel and Access).
- Prior experience in quality assurance and/or auditing preferred
- Prior database experience a plus. Willingness to learn JEVS and other specific database(s) required.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays.
