NOW HIRING - Quality Engineer/Manager

We are recruiting an experienced Quality Engineer/Manager to lead a small squad of engineers and techs and fill the role of Quality Manager. This is a high intensity, hands on role that will collaborate with management and directly with the production floor and engineering to guarantee quality is built in from the start and add value to our production process.

We are a fabrication and machining company executing contract manufacturing for a wide selection of industrial customers serving around 75 customers.

A qualified Quality Engineer/Manager should have:

• Quality or engineering experience with fabrication and/or machining
• Experience or instruction in continuous improvement
• Knowledge of automotive PPAP requirements
• Be proactive in creating processes and systems to build the quality in
• Be an excellent leader and supervise/mentor engineers, inspectors & operators
• Have a strong metrology and gage control background
• Ability to manage ISO 9001-2015 Internal and External audits
• Comprehension of GD&T tolerancing
• Be knowledgeable about blueprint reading and creating inspection sheets
