Skookum is seeking a reliable and positive Quality Control Manager with a professional attitude.

Typical duties include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for all activity results as they relate to the quality data gathering and report planning, with the ability to manage some safety reviews and ISO process building and managing for the multiple regional locations, including assignments and evaluations of resources and communications within those divisions.

• The position shall be responsible for the division data and reporting reviews and will work closely with the operational managers on site.

• Works with managers to formulate and implement policies and procedures to facilitate, clarify and correct processes.

• Evaluates the feasibility of new or revised ISO systems and procedures.

• Responsible for achieving and producing periodic review data.

• Monitors operational performance using ISO processes in conjunction with Maximo.

• Analyzes results and recommends to the systems managers measured performance results, objectives, and efficiency of the systems.

Qualifications:

• Ability to be mobile and work in a diverse, high-pressure, and fast-paced environment.

• Both spoken and written knowledge of the English language.

• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

• Good employee relation skills.

• Attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:
Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance. The physical demands of this position may be reasonably accommodated for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions on a case-by-case basis.

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

• May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.

• Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required.

• Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.

Requirements:

• Valid state driver’s license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Skookum’s insurance.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access. A background check and E-Verify will be conducted for this position.
