What is this job? What do I have to do?
You're job is to ensure that the products your team designed and built to keep our Military and Aerospace parts safe, meets Leading Technologies Composites impeccable quality standards. Defects in our molds, glitches, design or measurement or strength imperfections, can cause irreparable damage to our brand's reputation.
Like all of our roles, this is an important job that deserves respect and gratitude when done well.

• *SO...QUALIFY YOURSELF

• First you've got to examine the product for being complete against specs.
• Inspect dimensions against drawings and standards.
• Test,test, test against production and pressure standards.
• Enter accurate data about non-conformation into our computer data base.
• Brownie Points if you've worked with a Faro Arm or have FAI experience.
• Good hands, real good eyes and tough enough to move heavy items.
• It'd be nice if you were a great person to work next to. :)
