To maintain the Vollrath Standard Quality with Supplier Products and control Service Parts Inventories.
Responsibilities
- Perform reworks, FQA’s and Warranty returns inspections. Inspect all items on PINS for accuracy.
- Report to SQE/Engineering any items that are out of spec.
- Maintain open communications between internal/external customers.
- Support Vollrath satellite facilities as a resource when needed.
- Photograph and record spare parts to assist with CSR/TSR documentation.
- Perform FQA’s for items received on PINS to get them received to stock.
- Keep up with receiving Service Parts, Incoming PO’s, Quality Inspections, Medical Equipment and Containment Requests.
- We have a well-lit area with lifts and benches to enable safe working conditions.
- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of warehouse and or troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with blueprint reading, mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills.
- High School Diploma
- Computer skills. JDE, KIKS, KRONOS, Word, Excel.
- Be able to communicate well with others.
- Be self-motivated.
- Be able to start an assignment and follow it through to completion in a timely manner.
- Knowledge on the use of electrical testing equipment, set-up of test stands for all types of inspections. Read and prove owner’s manuals are correct and up to date.
- Work safely to avoid injury and/or damage to equipment.
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
