Position: Radiologic Technologist

• $60 /Hour,13 Weeks Contract, 36 Hours/Week

Shift Info : Monday – Friday - 2:30pm – 11pm. Must work holidays that fall on these days.

• 2 years of experience as Radiologic Technologist required
• EPIC experience preferred.
• BLS required
• ARRT(R) required

Job Description:

• Practice technology founded upon theoretical knowledge and concepts, uses equipment and accessories consistent with the purposes for which they were designed, and employs procedures and techniques appropriately.
• Assesses situations; exercises care, discretion, and judgment; assumes responsibility for professional decisions; and acts in the best interest of the patient.
• Acts as an agent through observation and communication to obtain pertinent information for the physician to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of the patient and recognizes that interpretation and diagnosis are outside the scope of practice for the profession.
• Use equipment and accessories, employ techniques and procedures, perform services in accordance with an accepted standard of practice, and demonstrate expertise in minimizing radiation exposure to the patient, self, and other members of the healthcare team.
