Top Producing Team with Keller Williams is looking for a Full Time, Monday-Friday our Valrico, FL office as a:

Listing Manager

Seeking a Dynamic, Positive, Goal Driven individual with a history of success! Experience preferred as this role is high volume. We are looking for someone with an empathetic heart, nurturing with clients, great on the phone and an eye for detail. Looking for someone who is a great multi tasker in a fast paced environment.

Licensed Real Estate Agent a PLUS or the willingness to obtain a license. (This is not a job for someone who wants to be an agent however)

This position would work closely with all our Listing Agents and vendors to get home ready to go on the market such as Photography and Stager. Being a Team Player is key with impeccable Client Customer Service.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge on Listing a property into MLS and multiple marketing online sites and hand holding clients through the process of selling a home
  • May be asked to attend closings with clients, network with vendors and build relationships in the community
  • Can assist in Client Appreciation Events and quarterly mailers
  • Excellent phone skills and communication. Loves being on the phone.
  • Detailed, Detailed, Detailed
  • Enjoys writing home descriptions and editing photos
  • Experience in marketing properties and social media
  • Very comfortable working with computers, zoom, social media, data entry and Excel spreadsheets
  • Able to navigate current marketing trends and technology
  • Knowledge of Brivity a plus (database)
  • Team player with great communication skills in person and on the phone with clients. Would describe themselves as nurturing
  • Ability to work in a fast pace, busy environment with a large team and multiple agents at once
  • Assist with not only paperwork and managing each transaction but able to handle many contracts at once
  • Goal Driven and Motivating to others
  • Likes to work on a Team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
When possible we do meeting, trainings, and daily team work on Zoom. All Client events have been dramatically altered or cancelled to keep all parties safe and moved outside. Individual offices are available.

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Real Estate: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Administrative Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
