Accuracy in collecting payments, scheduling appointments, and record keeping are vital to the success of this role while maintaining a friendly communication. (training provided if no previous experience) per detailed instructions in the Office Procedure: -
Ability to demonstrate professional phone skills, be able to communicate clearly and in an upbeat manner
Register, check-out, and schedule practice members
Billing follow-up-Computer data entry and posting of payments
Demonstrate positive, upbeat attitude (even while multi-tasking or in high pressure situations)
File Management -Work as a team with staff and practice members -Maintain strict confidentiality -
Call companies to schedule marketing events -
Assist patients in performing assigned exercise protocols
Hours: Approximately 40 to 43 hours per week. Hours will typically be M-Thursday 10 am to 6:45ish pm Friday 10 am to 5:45pm
