FB Doors is seeking strong Customer Service Representatives for various full-time assignments. Positions require previous administrative, customer service, or receptionist experience and must be fluent in English & Spanish.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Take orders over the phone.
· Answer customer questions via email & phone.
· Keep clients updated on the status of projects
· Provide any additional information regarding customers' orders as needed.
· Document all calls.
· Handle Emails as assigned.
· Follow the jobs status.
· Demonstrate enthusiasm and be engaged to represent the company.
· Work as a team to meet goals.
· Others Multi-tasking duties.
Qualifications and Skills
· High School Diploma or equivalent required.
· Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service or a call center environment.
· Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Demonstrates initiative and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient in MS Office Excel (Intermediate or Advanced), Outlook, and Word.
