Receptionist job details include:

Shift: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

Pay: $17 per hour

Location: On-site at the company

Requirements: At least 6 months of prior experience

Be responsible for managing a busy phone system, providing basic front-end customer service, coordinating and directing calls to the appropriate person/department, answering calls promptly, scanning incoming mail and sending it to the correct department, greeting visitors professionally, and maintaining the visitor's log.
