New Life Home Care & Hospice Agency is recruiting for a Receptionist Position. Receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, as well as providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. Helps to coordinates referral activity; verifies third-party eligibility coverage. A perfect candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties include but are not limited to :
-Answer phones and transfer calls to the appropriate employees;
-Take messages and make sure they get to the appropriate employees;
-Provide general administrative and clerical support;
-Provide information to callers;
-Greet persons entering organization;
-Tidy and maintain the reception area.

Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma;
Communication Proficiency;
One year of administrative experience is preferred;
Fluency in Russian and/or Spanish is preferred.
