We are looking for a talented Receptionist to join our Victory Centre of Park Forest team!

How you will help us on our mission and inspire others:

• Create a positive first impression with every customer interaction whether in person or
  over the telephone.
• Present a professional image by following established dress code/uniform requirements,
  personal hygiene standards and through pleasant and efficient interaction.
• Greet customers, whether in person or on the telephone, with a smile and a genuine
  interest to provide assistance.
• Make eye contact and acknowledge every customer who enters the community,
  regardless of other duties being performed.
• Answer telephone in a friendly, professional, caring and timely manner using
  appropriate telephone etiquette, as established by the company, and with a focus on
  creating a positive, memorable customer experience.

Our ideal candidate has the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Must demonstrate empathy and compassion to connect with customers.
• Ability to work with multi-line, multi-user phone system.
• Previous experience working in a front office environment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
• Ability to effectively interact and communicate with the seniors.
