We are hiring a Recruiter for our Atlanta, GA office that can be 100% remote. We're looking for someone who can recruit for multiple industries and role including full-time and contract.
You are...
- A strong sourcer and understand how to find the right people for client openings.
- Flexible; you may work on several client needs or one client.
You will...
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of highly qualified candidates by tapping into a variety of different sources.
- Ensure successful placements by consulting with candidates on navigating the interview process; negotiating pay and position expectations; and communicating regularly with employees to monitor and maintain satisfaction.
