Position Summary
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will provide administrative and recruiting support to the recruiters, HR partners, and hiring managers for our Linetec and Wausau Window and Wall Systems businesses. You will also play an integral role in supporting candidates throughout the recruiting and onboarding process and ensuring they have a positive brand experience. We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
This position is based in Wausau, WI and reports to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage job postings internally and externally
  • Schedule phone screens, interviews, and arrange candidate travel (when applicable)
  • Update candidate records in our applicant tracking system (Workday Recruiting)
  • Work closely with recruiters and HR partners to share new applicants and ensure timely follow-up with candidates
  • Support recruitment activities for job fairs and other recruiting events
  • Help create and manage social media content to increase brand awareness and improve recruitment efforts
  • Initiate and monitor the pre-employment process for new hires
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation activities
  • Support the Employee Referral program
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Participate in special projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of recruiting coordinator or coordination experience
  • Associates or bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (Workday Recruiting preferred)
  • Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to learn new applications quickly
  • Strong working knowledge of social media
  • Effective communication skills both verbally and written
  • Able to work collaboratively with a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High degree of integrity and reliability
