Job Summary
Houlihan Lokey is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the Corporate Finance (“CF”) Group focusing on hiring needs across the United States. Recruiting Coordinators are an essential part of our recruiting team, facilitating a positive, successful process for our candidates, recruiters, and bankers. This position is an ideal starting point for people looking for a career in recruiting, talent analytics, or a broader human capital role.
The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for coordinating both campus and lateral hiring efforts. They work closely with the CF recruiting team on the day-to-day recruiting activities, which include, but are not limited to: reporting, interview coordination, campus event logistics, candidate management, ad hoc projects, and day-to-day administration. In addition, the Recruiting Coordinator will provide administrative support to the broader CF Recruiting team.
Responsibilities

Create and manage new job postings

Check applicant tracking system daily for new applications; review and share candidate applications with hiring managers

Arrange candidate interviews – either liaising with the candidates directly or via search firms

Facilitate candidate testing and assessments

Book conference and video interview facilities

Produce final-round interview schedules and share with candidates, interviewers, and recruiters

Manage calendar invitations and send logistics details to event attendees

Help manage recruiting interview days

Track and report all candidate information and ensure that data is properly maintained

Process candidate and team expenses
Basic Qualifications
-
Excellent administrative and organizational skills with strong attention to detail

Solid understanding of Microsoft Office

Strong communication / interpersonal skills and ability to interact with staff at all levels

Ability to successfully manage and prioritize time-sensitive tasks and projects
-
Ability to use good judgment when interacting with external and internal contacts and performing job functions

Ability and desire to help define role and develop new skills, as specific responsibilities may change over time
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Experience working in applicant tracking systems

Previous experience working for a financial or professional services organization is highly preferred

Prior experience working within a Human Resources or Recruiting function
Salary Range
Houlihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation. The firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is:
$60,000.00-$80,000.00
Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience and the location where this position may be filled.
