The Robinson Group is seeking an experienced asset portfolio manager for the role of Regional Asset Manager in our AZ division.

As a Regional Asset Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and profitability of all properties within the portfolio and under the direction of The Robinson Group.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruit quality talent, train, and supervise a strong management team. Complete regular performance evaluations and assign performance objectives.
  • Effectively market properties to achieve maximum occupancy potential.
  • Manage capital projects including, but not limited to, tracking and oversight of projects and scope of work development.
  • Work closely with vendors, contractors, and engineers to monitor projects, handle contract negotiations, and complete progress approvals.
  • Ensure budget adherence relating to operations, maintenance, and capital improvements.
  • Assist the property manager with identifying and executing areas of improvement.
  • Closely monitor assigned properties to achieve business goals and meet revenue targets.
  • Enhance customer service through quality resident relationships and owner satisfaction.
  • Plan, evaluate, and optimize site operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure company standards and procedures are always upheld.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years Property Management experience.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years Regional or District Manager experience.
  • Experienced team player with strong organization skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional leadership and decision-making proficiency with the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capacity to plan, organize, and carry out assigned duties in a timely and effective manner.
  • AppFolio Software experience preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 per year
