The Regional Manager plays a critical role in our organization. They handle a variety of issues including oversight of our properties to ensure they are operating properly and providing the best customer service to existing and prospective tenants. As Regional Manager, you must have exceptional leadership skills and business acumen. You must have a keen attention to detail and must display excellent verbal and written communication. Our Regional Manager must be dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee operational needs for multiple locations currently located throughout the Atlantic, Cumberland, Gloucester, & Ocean counties
• Prepare walk-around reports for integrity of billing and occupancy
• Monthly site visits or as needed
• Provide management at locations during vacancy periods
• Determine maintenance and repair needs plus CAPEX projects for each location
• Provide cost quotes and proposals for review by senior management
• Monitor operations for efficiency and quality of service
• Motivate your team with effective communication and provide guidance on customer service and sales strategies
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly in a professional manner
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and team-members
• Conduct property audits and ensure company safety and operational standards are achieved
• Oversee delinquent tenant process by helping your team to reduce delinquency rates and improve customer retention
• Interview potential candidates for available management positions in your designated territory
• MUST HAVE SELF STORAGE EXPERIENCE
