Christie’s International Real Estate Group has an open full-time position for a Regional Marketing Manager based out of the company’s Hoboken Sales Gallery as this position covers our Hudson, South East Bergen, and Essex county region. Some travel to our other offices will be required.
Compensation:$60,000 - $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Create marketing materials for the company and individual real estate agents, including but not limited to graphic design, layout, and content submission to vendors, consistent with the company’s brand and requirements. This includes print and digital advertising, agent postcards and mailers, e-newsletters, e-cards, PR, social media marketing, event marketing, and ad requests and projects
- Deliver superior customer service at all times, ensuring real estate agent satisfaction with all products and services
- Maintain professional and strong working relationships with all company stakeholders, including but not limited to marketing team members, branch managers and administrators, corporate marketing team, and vendors
- Assist management team with agent onboarding, including the creation of accounts, creation of marketing materials, announcement emails, postcards, and social media posts
- Assist agents in creating and managing materials in Christie’s marketing portal and CRM. Provide training to real estate agents on marketing portal and CRM on an ongoing basis and liaise with the corporate marketing team on new templates, system functionality, and ad-hoc projects
- Train branch office administrators and agents on the proprietary marketing portal and CRM as needed
- Assist agents with their social media marketing and content
- Assist agents in creating listing presentations and participate in client listing presentations as needed, representing the corporate marketing team
- Submit ads for placement to company ad vendors, both print and digital, timely and accurate
- Represent marketing team at company events, including conferences, local community events, recruiting events, and others
- Order promotional materials in line with company requirements
- Candidate must excel in teamwork and have the willingness to collaborate, brainstorm, and be innovative with team members
- B.A / B.S degree or equivalent experience
- Marketing experience in the real estate industry preferred
- Ability to work independently, taking ownership while working collaboratively in a team environment to drive best practices
- Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized
- Graphic design experience. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Suite including Photoshop, and especially InDesign
- Experience with social media/online marketing platforms
- Impeccable time management and prioritization skills
- Superior Writing and Customer Service Skills. Must be able to deliver superior customer service and represent the company at the highest levels at all times, maintaining strong and professional relationships with all company stakeholders
- Understanding of marketing strategy and planning with the ability to identify the right tactics across a multitude of marketing channels (print, digital, social, content, direct mail, video, paid media, etc)
