Urology Office

Job Summary:
Job Summary:
Responsible for providing clinical assistance to the patients and physician within the office setting as needed, as well as providing care in the designated specialty.
- Refill medication prescriptions that have been authorized by the Physician
- Coordinate surgeries with surgical reps/vendors
- Perform post-operative patient assessments
- Room patients and collect histories
- Document patient care records and other forms according to facility policy and procedures
- Maintain office to be compliant with OSHA, BOP, Joint Commission and ODH Standards
Qualifications:
Required
- Active Ohio Registered Nurses License
- Current AHA BLS certification and ACLS
Preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
- Computer literacy
- Previous Infusion nurse experience
