Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager needed in the Champlin and surrounding areas.

Some Communities We Serve In:

Plymouth, Maple Grove, New Hope, Crystal, Wayzata, Hopkins, Minnetonka, Ramsey, Champlin, Anoka, Coon Rapids, St. Michael, Elk River and Albertville.

Hiring for Part-Time (3 days per week/25 hours minimum) or Full-Time (Monday through Friday). No rotation on-call, no evenings and no weekends required.

• Base Pay: $39-$41/hr
