Seeking: Registered Nurse Supervisor - Gallup, NM.
Our company is looking for a
Full-Time Nurse Supervisor. A nurse supervisor creates work schedules, gives performance reviews, and develops work policies. Other job duties include keeping up established ethical and legal standards for job performance, attending administrative personnel meetings, and developing new employee training. Much of the work of a nurse supervisor is done in an office, however, there is still the possibility of being on the floor working directly with clients. The nurse supervisor works to strengthen our companies integrity by ensuring the medical policies, procedures, and systems are adhered to and in compliance with applicable State & Federal regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Nursing; Registered Nurse preferred.
- Supervisory experience.
- The ability to respectfully engage and develop a working alliance with the people we are serving is essential.
- Ability to advocate and effectively communicate and problem solves under pressure in high-stress situations.
- Familiarity with other community-based organizations and continuum of care.
- Works well with diverse populations.
- In the case of a recovering person, he/she must have successfully maintained a two (2) year period of uninterrupted abstinence from alcohol and/or drugs.
- Must have and maintain a current, valid NM Driver’s License. Must also have and maintain a clean driving record, as well as auto insurance.
- Must be able to pass a New Mexico criminal background check.
