Responsibilities:
  • Liaison between Maintenance and Project Engineering.
  • PM effectiveness validation.
  • Monitor predictive maintenance programs.
  • Assist PDM monitoring system.
  • Assists Maintenance Supervisors and Planners with technical maintenance issues.
  • Establishes maintenance best practices.
  • Performs RCA/RCFA’s on contributors of yield, utilization, and capacity losses (attributed to equipment, processes, etc.).
  • Identifies and resolve chronic failures.
  • Establishes and monitor predictive maintenance program.
  • Calculates asset life-cycle and costs.
  • Performs criticality analysis and defines critical spares.
  • Conducts asset risk/health analysis.
  • Provides support to site’s Business Interruption/Loss Prevention programs.
Experience and Education:
  • Mechanical Engineer or Chemical Engineer degree / experience from accredited university.
  • 1-3 years' experience
  • Experience in fertilizer manufacturing, granulation, surface mining preferred.
  • Experience with piping, pressure vessel, etc.
  • Experience working on or with heavy equipment in manufacturing and process
