Responsibilities:
- Liaison between Maintenance and Project Engineering.
- PM effectiveness validation.
- Monitor predictive maintenance programs.
- Assist PDM monitoring system.
- Assists Maintenance Supervisors and Planners with technical maintenance issues.
- Establishes maintenance best practices.
- Performs RCA/RCFA’s on contributors of yield, utilization, and capacity losses (attributed to equipment, processes, etc.).
- Identifies and resolve chronic failures.
- Establishes and monitor predictive maintenance program.
- Calculates asset life-cycle and costs.
- Performs criticality analysis and defines critical spares.
- Conducts asset risk/health analysis.
- Provides support to site’s Business Interruption/Loss Prevention programs.
Experience and Education:
- Mechanical Engineer or Chemical Engineer degree / experience from accredited university.
- 1-3 years' experience
- Experience in fertilizer manufacturing, granulation, surface mining preferred.
- Experience with piping, pressure vessel, etc.
- Experience working on or with heavy equipment in manufacturing and process
