• Perform drywall, taping, painting, trim carpentry
• Ability to hang light fixtures, install sinks, etc..

• Above average residential drywall taping & painting skills.
• Good finish carpentry skills.
• Effective oral communication
• Valid drivers license
• High school diploma/GED
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
• Facility Maintenance and Handyman experience are typically good fits for this position.
